Are you a student currently attending or seeking to attend a college or university that is experiencing a shortage of on-campus housing or are you simply looking for a place to stay off campus? If so, we have rooms available for rent off campus at great low rates!!!

Are you a landlord with a residential home or apartment community that is nearby a major college or university and looking to increase your occupancy levels? If so, we are willing rent your property to use as part of our subletting business whereby we rent to college students on a room-by-room basis. In exchange for letting us use your property for our business, we can pay a rent premium over your normal rental rate and a higher deposit. We may also cover any damages or repairs up to a certain amount. Also, if you have your own room rental business but are tired of self-managing it, we offer property management services specifically for room rentals at low rates!!!
